OUR HERITAGE
Ancient roots. Modern table.
The seed of Amma & Atta was planted many years ago, watching dough being kneaded, rolled and flipped. Spices and herbs carefully selected. A small ritual, repeated every day.
The name holds the story. Amma means mother, Atta is the flour worked between her hands. Two words that carry a way of cooking and nurturing shaped by patience, balance, and care.
Ayurveda brings ancient wisdom into the modern day, guiding our use of functional ingredients and preparation methods.

BRING A FRIEND

The Roots
This is where the rhythm begins.
Every dish starts with the same intention: to nourish the body, nurture the spirit, and carry the feeling of home into the working day.
To make it. You need.
Air, water, fire and earth. Tenderness and strength.
It must rest to rise and is complete when shared. To prepare it is an act of nurture, as well as nature.

circle.
By invitation. Our table always has space for one more.
AMMA & ATTA began with a simple idea: that what we eat, drink and practise each day can help us find our way back to balance.
Inspired by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and rooted in the warmth and generosity of Indian culture, we have translated that philosophy into one simple system for modern life.
RISE. ALIGN. RETURN.
Three energies connecting our food, botanical teas and everyday wellness rituals, so you can choose what you need, when you need it.
Our first kitchen opens at Market Halls Canary Wharf in October, alongside the launch of our botanical teas, with gummies following in November.
Come find your energy.
